As our open adoption journey continues we've decided to update our main picture on our website, and our birthmother letter. To that end, last weekend our friend Brady came over we walked around taking pictures of John and I. We took a lot of photos, and I'm not sure exactly which one we'll end up with - but this one is definatley in the running. Fell free to let us know what you think!

What a great picture! From everything I've read you guys seem so deserving. I hope you get the chance to bring a baby into your family soon!!!
my cousin and his partner are about to have twins...they have an egg donor and a surrogate. i think it's great they are having their own biological kids...but i also am really really interested in what YOU guys are doing. as a gay person i have had the luxury of being so self-focused for so long... working on career and working on myself... but i've been thinking about what it would be like to adopt a kid. there are so many kids who need parents. i think what you're doing is really great. i hope a birth mother sees that soon and you find yourself rearing a youngster who can benefit from your parenting.
